BREAKFAST:
3 C. Of Coffee


LUNCH:
32 oz. Powerade
1C.Of Coffee


DINNER:
2small Tacos
16oz Glass of light fruit punch


SNACK:
1C. Of banana Pudding


EXERCISE:
Did a couple loads of laundry
Pick up lots of toys

Have been off track for the past 2 weeks. Now that my baby 
is home and doing good.  Time to get down to business.







Donna,
Good Job on Quitting the Pepsi! I honestly didn't see how you could do it, but now I understand! I am really proud of you because I know how hard it is because I am a Mt. Dew Aholic!!! When I get to the store I am going to try the Tea. I have tried some other things, but it hasn't worked out yet for me. But I have cut wayyyyy down on my pop and am drinking more water!

1 sugar free Popsicle

4 broccolli------->w/light vetegetable dip
4 Green peppers---> w/ light vetegable dip
4 mushrooms-------> w/ light vetegable dip
3 TBS. Of pasta salad which was made of------>
noodles
green peppers
onions
cubes of cheese
Italian Dressing
tomatoes
pepperoni
2 TBS. of baked beans
1 small piece of chocolate cake
DINNER:
Nothing: Because I went an graduation open house it started at 3, so it was like lunch and dinner together.
Snack:
half of peanut butter and jelly sandwich

BREAKFAST:
A bowl of rice crispies cereal w/out any sugar
2 C. of coffee
LUNCH:
9 oz. Bottle of tea
Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich
DINNER:
9 oz. Bottle of tea
Scalloped potatoes
small piece of steak
6 Slices of peaches

EXERCISE ACTIVITY:
30 minutes of Ab Ripper work out

20 oz. Bottle of Tea
1 Grilled Chicken Wrap From McDonald's
DINNER:
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
16 oz. Glass of 2% Milk
SNACK:
2 Sugar Free Popsicles

I can't believe I did good at MC Donald's just Grilled chicken wrap.
Even though i had temptation on handing the baby his chicken nuggets. Thought a couple times
about just popping it into my mouth. But if I did that I'd eat all of them. Good thing I didn't. YEAH!!! Will Power! Good job Donna.... Kathy

A whole week went by and i have not had any PEPSI'S!!!!! WOOOHOOO for me.
 

Wednesday 6-9-2010

BREAKFAST:

Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich
9 oz. Bottle Of Tea
8 0z. Glass Of Water
DINNER:
3/4 C. Of Spaghetti
1 Piece Of Home Made Garlic Toast
3 Slices Of Pears
SNACK:
1 Sugar Free Popsicle

EXERCISE ACTIVITY:
30 Minutes Of Ab Ripper Work Out
10 Laps Around My House
Chased My Son Around The yard For An Hour
10 Minutes Of Yard Work

Day 3 with out any PEPSI'S NONE, ZIP, WHAT SO EVERY. I know that PEPSI is my BIGGEST WEAKNESS, And with weening myself off it and now that I completely got rid of it, I'll lose a lot of more weight . It's hard but i did what Shelly told me, started drinking COFFEE instead so I don't have the caffeine headaches. Glad you know what your talking about Shelly cause your rite it works and I have not had a caffeine headache. Thanks to Shelly and my Husband for giving me that extra PUSH that I NEED :)

Going on a road trip tomorrow to see Shelly. Stopping at MCDONALD'S hope I do
good and make the right choice. Cause god knows I LOVE MCDONALD'S!!!!

Played W/Kids In The Yard For 2 Hours

Good job Donna on your dieting the last 2 days. Don't feel bad about the ice cream you don't want to feel deprived and you did it right. Small Portions. I had ice cream too, just today!! But not everyday. Keep up the good work.... Kathy

PS, Try diet pops if you have to have one. After you drink it for awhile you won't like the regular. I don't. Regular taste way to sweet! Also Green tea is good for you to drink, maybe try the recipe for it that I posted in recipes. I really like it.

1 Hr. Of Work Out Helping Hubby Move Heavy Tools

And the best part of the whole day was i had NO PEPSI'S :)
