With all the walking I did during our camping trip an outstanding 20 and 1/2 miles total during the entire trip I was quite impressed. I believe even the woodland creatures were dumb founded as their expressions showed the disbelief in my gracefulness as I passed by..................
During the beginning of each walk I felt like I could run a 50 mile marathon... I was courageous with each step I felt stronger and stronger in my ability to reach my goal.........
Approximately 1/2 mile into my walks the adrenalin started to wear off and my legs started to feel the effects wobbly and feeling much like jello I knew I had to push on no matter the cost...........
My Plan for Monday.................... Back on track with P90X---------BRING IT!!!!!
