((Honey's)) Daily Diet & Exercise ~LOG~


 Weekend Update 6/11-13:

 We have been very busy this weekend which has been Good :)  My diet wasn't the best. ( I will write down what I can recall, I don't have a very good memory) I did eat some Pizza on Friday with my Sister. But then we did P90X Cardio ( I did what I could) and also did some of the Core Synergistics. My sister works out regularly and did Awesome at the P90X, she Loved it and is going to do the whole 90 day program!
 
Then Sat. my Hubby and I sorted through our storage unit. Moving heavy totes and putting them on the trailer to put into our garage sale. We went to my sister's after that and I had half of a hamburger and a hot dog. Plus chips and veggies. Then had a small brownie! WOWZA


Sunday we watched some movies and picked up the house. I didn't get any exercising in :( My folks were here and we had grilled pork chops, broccoli salad, and cheesy potatoes! Ouch. I only had a few bites of the pork chop because I am really picky with my meat... but then I had a tiny piece of the Cake my Mom brought!!! So, needless to say, I did horrible and need to get back on track this week!!! I think it had something to do with Aunt Flow finally arriving!! :) Wish me luck getting ready for this Garage Sale, UGHHHHHH!

 I also drank too much Mt. DONT!! I really am working on that, but still have a ways to go!

 I Love that! That is what Shelly and I call it!! I am going to blow that picture up as Large as I can and Post it on my Fridge!!

Dinner: Salad with Grilled Chicken, Peppers and Fresh Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Allowing Max. 2 Sodas
 Goal- 4 bottles of Water

Activity - 10 -15 minutes of kick boxing & belly dancing
Laundry - Up and down stairs to put away.
